Fieldnia pilot terms

These terms apply to invited testers of the Fieldnia pilot at https://www.fieldnia.com.

Who may take part

You must have an invitation access code from Fieldnia / Wabuli or your organisation lead.
You use Fieldnia only for authorised communications work for your organisation.

Prefer sample photos, already-published consented photos, or photos your organisation has cleared for this pilot.
Do not upload sensitive case files or photos of children unless your organisation's protocol explicitly allows it for this pilot.
Review every output before publishing. Fieldnia assists; you remain responsible for what goes public.
Say when Fieldnia helped (restoration, composition, or generated illustration).
Restore, Draft and photo-led layouts never create or alter people. Photorealistic images come only from Studio, which you must switch on, and are always labelled AI-generated image. Prefer real field photos and illustration.

Upload and export paths strip location and camera metadata where the shared utility runs.
Fieldnia does not store your photo uploads on its servers in this pilot phase.
Paid tools send the minimum needed image or text to the configured AI provider for that one request.
We may store code hashes, usage counts, estimated cost, ratings, and anonymised events to run the pilot safely.

Daily limits and rate limits apply per access code.
Fieldnia may pause the service for budget or maintenance.
Do not share your access code outside your invited group.
Do not attempt to bypass limits, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer provider keys.

Please rate outputs when asked (publish as is, publish with edits, would not publish).
Optional comments must not include personal data about beneficiaries or staff.

The pilot is provided as is for evaluation. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Always apply human editorial judgement.
